I came in with a migraine attack and the guy on reception (Bruce I think) was lovely. On seeing how noisy it was and how the light was hurting my eyes he suggested I might like to lay down in a side room with my husband whilst I waited to see the G.P. I cannot say how much I appreciated the care and thoughtfulness shown to me.

I sat while time taken between apts ran past 40 mins. Time taken during apts is understandable. Change over took place at 1900, however the first apt took 20 mins to start. The process looked hap hazard, with very little urgency from the clinical staff. I appreciate it is a Sunday, however for a 7 day NHS it should be considered day 7. The practice manager needs to be empowered to drive the GPs on.
